In order to keep up the momentum of our interactions with BESCOM, KIA members attended the Interaction Meeting with Sri.P. Rajendra Cholan, MD BESCOM organized by PIA at Peenya Trade Center Auditorium on 24th May 2022.
Senior officials from BESCOM including Sri.D.Nagarjuna, Director(Technical) and Sri. Kanshiram Pawar SE(West) were also present at the interaction meeting.
Grievances from Kumbalgodu Industrial Area were aired at the meeting and a Memorandum was submitted to the notice of the MD, BESCOM.
Key aspects of the Memorandum including,
1. Change over to the 220 KV line
2. Transformer upgrades in Thagachguppe and Roti Park
3. Laying of UG cables and 6 dedicated feeders for the Industrial Area
were discussed and assurances sought for expedited completion of works.
Further interactions are planned with concerned officers to ensure timely completion.
